Refund Policy

At Kiffany & Co., we take great care in creating meaningful, high-quality pieces and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of your online purchase. Requests made after this timeframe are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at info@charmedbykiffany.com or (888) 543-2019. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the request. Proof of purchase may be required.

Refund Review and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days, less any applicable transaction or processing fees. If the return is not approved, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
